Blobboard consists of double curved surfaces. In the design a new way of building with cardboard instead of using the traditional building techniques has been researched. The motive and inspiration for the design were found in honeycell cardboard and egg-boxes; it turned out to be very easy to make double curved surfaces from egg-boxes by making them moist and letting them dry in the desired shape.
